In recent years we’ve seen the completion of some major projects, such as a new primary health care centre in Port Pirie, the Riverland General Hospital Mount Gambier Hospital and Port Lincoln Hospital redevelopments, a regional cancer centre at Whyalla and a nine-chair haemodialysis unit at Gawler.

Reducing elective surgery postponements and improving the way we use technology such as telehealth to link city specialists with country doctors and patients will improve the access and quality of care for country South Australians.
